SICK! Festival 2013
SICK! Festival 2013 took place between 01/03/13 to 16/03/13 in Brighton.
In 2013 we presented a pilot festival, seeking out new ways of talking about and dealing with the experience of sickness of all kinds: physical, mental, ethical and spiritual.
The diverse and engaging programme of international performance, dance, film and digital art was framed by presentations from leading medical practitioners and academics. Public debates brought together artists, health professionals, and people for whom sickness is an urgent, present reality.
