GROW / Planting Good Intentions
Join ecotherapist Steph Wild for an immersive nature-connection experience. Together, we’ll explore the conditions that contribute to a plant’s health, wellbeing and growth; while guided to find parallels within our own lives. Through sowing seeds and creating rituals, we’ll set new intentions for ourselves and for the wider world we live in.
Following this event (from 12.30pm) participants who would like to are invited to join the launch of our SAFE installation to plant their good intentions within the public artwork.
This event is being presented as part of SICK! Festival’s SMASH! OPEN programme. An introduction to our SMASH! year-round mental health arts programme which aims to help to improve how you feel and provide opportunities to meet others facing similar challenges.
